How to Send a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Regionpayments Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Regionpayments Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Regionpayments Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@regionpayments.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
